This is an interesting guitar in that it is made exactly of the same woods as a Gibson Les Paul. It has a Mahogany back and neck, Maple top, and Rosewood fingerboard. It even has a 24.75" scale.

Does it sound like a Les Paul? I hope not. It sounds and plays like a Zachary of course. It has a very fast neck and a pair of ZachAttack pickups. If you like to shred on a vintage looking instrument, then this is your guitar. Remember you must shred.

Hey, Alex! The guitar, 121001 arrived just a while ago. I opened it up and played it for about an hour, not putting it down until I absolutely had to. I know, I promised I would call you the moment it arrived, but I wanted to be alone with the guitar for as long as I could.

This guitar is, by far and away, the best guitar I have ever played in my life. I have so many thoughts about it already that I don't have time to write them all right now. You know me, I am never at a loss for words, but not this time. I am dumbfounded. I have no time for any more detail but these quickies: I have a name for the guitar already. I will tell you the story about that when I have more time. The guitar, as you like to put it, is NFS. I will probably call you tomorrow for an update and a sound check. You have to hear this thing - you just won't believe it.   Ted Noiz (Vegas, NV)

I can't put the guitar down. My fingers are always either grimy from the oily rosewood fretboard and the stings are sticking to my fingers or I am wiping them off and starting over. It's just great fun. This guitar can do anything. I can't even tell I am wearing the guitar, and yet when I take it in my hands to play, it comes alive! IT'S ALIVE! It captures the essence of my Hank Williams Chords (chords in the key of Am), and the essence of my Big River Chords, E, A and B7 - though not necesarily in that order, and all my weird jazzy, bluezy licking.

There is no dead or gray area in this guitar whatsoever. Other guitars I have played have all had one or two, and some even three sweet spots - but no guitar I have ever owned was just one big sweet spot! It's like eating a really good pussy. You get totally intoxicated and driven wild by it and just can't stop licking. Anyway, there is a whole story behind this guitar that I am in the process of writing. I am taking my ol' sweet time and doing it right. I will send it to you as soon as it is finished. I got the Z Ztringz in the mail today. Thanks a bunch. I restrung the guitar immediately and started to play non-stop for a couple of hours. The first thing I noticed is the feel of the strings under my fingers and even when using a pick with my right hand. The gauges are more uniform. I don't know exactly how to say this, but there is a much more even feel to the strings. There is a more uniform vibration to all the strings and through the guitar when I play it. More thoughts on this later when I get it all straight in my head later how I want to say it. This guitar is too much for this piece of shit amplifier. The amp can't keep up with all the stuff this guitar is capable of. Ted Noiz

I just wanted to let you know that things are going exremely well with Chinta and I. The more I play this guitar, the more I can't believe it. It is a phenomenal guitar, Alex. Simply the best I have ever laid my hands on. I can't believe the sounds that come out of this instrument.

Months ago, when I found your site, I simply wanted to buy a good guitar because I wanted to start learning how to play the guitar like a real pro instead going over the same shit all the time for years and years. Well, I got way more than I bargained for. I never dreamed a guitar could be this great. I am working hard at practice and getting the most out of my playing and learning how to read music and study theory. This guitar is making all of that a dream come true. Unbelievable. Ted Noiz
